Frequently asked questions

Is the preview really free?

Yes. You don't need a card and you don't have to order. Nothing is printed until you approve your preview. It's the easiest way to see what your MiniME will look like.

What happens to my photo?

It's used only to prepare your preview, and deleted if you decide not to order.

Is it hand-painted, clay or handmade?

No. Your MiniME is 3D-printed in full-colour resin from your photo. The colour is printed, not painted on, and it is not clay or a hand sculpt. That is how it keeps the face, hair and fur markings from your photo.

Can I order on this website, or only on Etsy?

Both. Here you get a free preview first, then pay on your preview page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, through Stripe. Or you can order in our Etsy shop. Either way, all duties and import VAT are included.

What if the preview isn't right?

Reply and we'll adjust it together. You approve again before anything is printed.

How fast do I get my preview?

It appears on your screen in under a minute, and we email you a copy. Reply to it if you want anything changed.

How big is a MiniME?

1 Figure and 2 Figures at 6, 8 and 10 cm; pet keychains at 3, 4 and 5 cm. The medium is most popular in both.

Where do you ship?

Worldwide, free and tracked. Your preview appears on screen in under a minute; once you order, we make your piece in 6 business days, and tracked shipping takes 10 to 16 days. That is about 2.5 to 3.5 weeks in total from your order. All duties and import VAT are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Why does Etsy show a customs notice?

Etsy shows where our print partner ships from, and for EU addresses it can add a general customs notice. All duties and import VAT on your order are included, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
